Does Working at a Place Where Alcohol Is Sold Make One’s Income Impermissible?

Question: As salam Alaykum,

My brother works at a place where alcohol drinks are sold. Does this make his income impermissible?

Answer: Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

If the work that he does is permissible, his income would be permissible, regardless of whether or not alcohol is served on the premises.
