Is it permissible to draw animated kids cartoons for educational purposes?

The cartoons would encourage simple things like good manners, looking after parents etc.

Answer: assalamu alaykum

Yes, this would be permitted based on the view that does not deem digital forms of pictures as impermissible provided the actual content is permitted (e.g. no nudity, display of vice etc.)
